One activity I often did when teaching preschool was having the children sort the letters of the alphabet… they would sort which letters were curvy and which were straight.
I whipped up a couple of Venn Diagrams (one for upper case and one for lower case) that you are welcome to use with your preschooler or kindergartner. Not only does this help kids with letter recognition, it also helps with sorting and classifying.
