I recently dropped gluten from my diet. What with that and the holidays, my meal planning has been non existent! I’m trying to get back on track this month. I’ll make a plan for this week and see how well we stick to it!!
Monday: Chicken Kiev
Tuesday: New Year’s Eve Party with Friends… I’m taking this dessert… Crock Pot Crack
Wednesday: Tacos (since we didn’t do it Tuesday)
Thursday: Kung Pao Chicken (Crock Pot)
*I don’t usually plan for the weekends because we either have leftovers, go out, or super Dad gets a hankering for something and cooks it up for us*
